Our Process
• We have offices in the Philippines and other countries where we can source highly qualified nurses
• We identify and vet qualified nurses who meet a given hospital client's standards/job requirements
• We will arrange and coordinate the hospital interviews with candidates
• We run the immigration process and embassy interviews to completion
• Once a nurse has received all necessary approvals and documentation, she/he will fly to the US and join the hospital as an employee.
• We work with the hospital's HR team in advance to help nurses with their driver's license, insurance, phone, opening a bank account, apartment searching, car purchase, etc.
• Hospitals fulfill nursing needs with more excellent employee retention and reduced turnover costs
• We can deliver batch hiring requirements, en-masse, with world-class quality-of-hire
• We charge a fixed fee per RN; upon selection of a desired candidate, we only require 20% up-front to cover the immigration process costs (application, processing, and attorney fees)
